In celebration of our 40th anniversary in open and distance learning, we are happy and proud to invite you to the 5th International Open & Distance Learning Conference- IODL 2022, which will be held at Anadolu University, Eskişehir, Turkey on 28-30 September 2022. After the conferences in 2002, 2006, 2010, and 2019, IODL 2022 is the 5th IODL event hosted by Anadolu University Open Education System (OES). The conference is organized by the Open Education Faculty, Anadolu University.
Anadolu University, one of the world’s leaders in open and distance learning, currently offers higher education to over one million students worldwide, with 3,700,000 graduates so far. The OES delivers open, flexible, and accessible higher education opportunities for learners in Turkey and more than 30 countries around the world, providing equal opportunity for individuals who do not have access to campus-based higher education, including prison inmates as well as individuals with physical, hearing, and visual impairment.

We are pleased to announce you to the 5th International Open & Distance Learning Conference- IODL 2022, which will be held at Anadolu University, Eskişehir, Turkey on 28-30 September 2022.
The theme for the IODL 2022 is “Disruptive Change” (https://iodl.anadolu.edu.tr/information/scope-and-topics).
The aim of the IODL 2022 is to provide a platform for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss a broad range of topics related to open and distance learning within the context of “disruptive change” in education:

Anyone can attend and/or submit proposals to present at IODL 2022. The conference is designed to engage:
